Service Two

Hand & Dial Refresh

฿8,600

A delicate cosmetic service that addresses the most visible parts of a watch: tarnished hands, dull or grimy dials, and small surface marks. Costs are agreed in advance, with no obligation to proceed after the assessment.

What is included:

  • Assessment of hands and dial condition
  • Careful hand cleaning or replacement as discussed
  • Dial surface treatment where appropriate and agreed
  • Discussion of patina preservation if preferred
  • No obligation after initial assessment

Shared Across All Services

Standards Applied to Every Piece

Secure Custody

Watches in our care are kept in locked storage when not on the bench. Access is restricted to the working team.

Intake Documentation

Each watch is photographed and described in detail on arrival. The condition record is kept on file throughout the service.

Grade-Appropriate Lubricants

Only watchmaker-specification lubricants are used, selected to match the type of bearing and the recommended viscosity for each calibre.

Written Service Records

A written record of work carried out, parts replaced, and timing results accompanies every completed service.

Open Communication

If scope or cost changes during the work, the owner is informed before proceeding. No work is added without discussion.

Post-Work Running Period

After reassembly, movements are allowed to run for an observation period before timing adjustments are finalised and the watch is cased.
