Service One
Movement Inspection & Service

A reassuring service that opens with a close inspection of the movement, followed by cleaning, fresh lubrication, and regulation so the watch keeps steadier time. Ideal for owners noticing irregular running or simply wishing to maintain a well-loved piece. We explain our findings in plain language and welcome questions before any further work is suggested.

- Full disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of all components
- Inspection of jewels, pivots, and escapement parts
- Fresh lubrication at all bearing surfaces
- Timing machine regulation in multiple positions
- Written service record on collection
- Post-service warranty on workmanship

Service Two
Hand & Dial Refresh

A delicate cosmetic service that addresses the most visible parts of a watch: tarnished hands, dull or grimy dials, and small surface marks. Working with great care, we clean or replace hands and, where appropriate, gently clean dials, always discussing first whether to preserve an authentic aged look. Costs are agreed in advance, with no obligation to proceed after the assessment.
What is included:
- Assessment of hands and dial condition
- Careful hand cleaning or replacement as discussed
- Dial surface treatment where appropriate and agreed
- Discussion of patina preservation if preferred

Service Three
Vintage Movement Rebuild

A patient, thorough rebuild for older mechanical movements that need fresh life, including correction of wear, replacement of fatigued springs, and conservation of original components. The aim is to return the watch to dependable use while honouring its history. Recommended for collectible and inherited timepieces. Every rebuild begins with a careful study of the movement and a written plan agreed with the owner.
What is included:
- Detailed movement study and written plan
- Full disassembly and part-by-part condition assessment
- Mainspring, jewel, and pivot replacement as needed
- Conservation of original components wherever possible
- Timing machine verification and regulation
- Comprehensive written service record

Shared Across All Services
Standards Applied to Every Piece
Secure Custody
Watches in our care are kept in locked storage when not on the bench. Access is restricted to the working team.
Intake Documentation
Each watch is photographed and described in detail on arrival. The condition record is kept on file throughout the service.
Grade-Appropriate Lubricants
Only watchmaker-specification lubricants are used, selected to match the type of bearing and the recommended viscosity for each calibre.
Written Service Records
A written record of work carried out, parts replaced, and timing results accompanies every completed service.
Open Communication
If scope or cost changes during the work, the owner is informed before proceeding. No work is added without discussion.
Post-Work Running Period
After reassembly, movements are allowed to run for an observation period before timing adjustments are finalised and the watch is cased.

All prices are in Thai Baht and cover the standard scope of each service. Additional parts or unusual complications are discussed and agreed separately.
